Me and my dog Leo love the beach and every morning, rain hail or shine we go swimming, but winter can be more of a challenge, given the icy cold sands. Still it's refreshing and we try not to miss a day, even Leo jumps in when it's smaller.

 

I suffer from arthritis and the cold weather seems to make it worse, and unfortunately aches and pains have started becoming all too familiar.
